We visited several mortgage companies before Lloyd who were a) very pushy and constantly phoning/emailing and b) wanted to charge several hundreds of pounds for exactly same service Lloyd gives for free......and no pushy phone calls chasing/hounding you either from Lloyd. "I have now completed what I think is my 3rd re-mortgage on top of my 1st time buyer mortgage, all of which have been dealt with and completed in an efficient manner by Lloyd. Relatives and friends can offer so much advice, but I needed someone who could really research and look after my best interests. That was Lloyd. "As a first time buyer, I found many mortgage brokers who were happy to quote rates at me so long as I told them exactly the type of mortgage I wanted. What I really needed was to talk to someone with the knowledge and experience of the industry to understand my position and advise accordingly. Lloyd has done all of this, and is always at the end of the phone for advice. He even gave advice on offering for my house. With the financial institutions, estate agents and vendors lined up against you, it's nice to have someone on your side. Lloyd has made the process much less daunting, and I have every intention to continue to use him in the future. "
