A Word from Lloyd Hello
everyone and welcome to the second issue of P.R.I.D.E, the quarterly
newsletter from LPR Mortgage Services.I cannot believe that it has already been a year since LPR Mortgage Services opened its doors for business. During that time I have met so many people who have been instrumental in the ongoing development of this company, the most important of which are my valued clients.
They have been responsible for £10,000,000 worth of lending in the last twelve months, and I am so grateful to have been allowed to assist them with their mortgage arrangements. Please feel free to e-mail me any comments you have regarding this newsletter, or visit us at the website. www.lprmortgages.co.uk So, sit back, relax, chocolate digestives at the ready……

- And What It Stands For
|

| In this issue, lets take a look at Professionalism |
The term professionalism hides a multitude of sins, as it points us toward other words like knowledge, specialist, experienced, qualified and skilled. And you would not be wrong in linking all these under the heading of professionalism. For that is what LPR Mortgage Services endeavours to provide to all its clients. A professional service.
But professionalism on its own is not enough for today's client. Professionalism is simply what is expected, and if all you deliver is what is expected, then that is hardly providing an outstanding experience; and that is what we are really trying to do. Provide an outstanding experience for our clients and for all those they recommend to us.
LPR is looking to be more than just professional, we want to be exceptional.
Another chance to hear from the people that really matter…the clients
I want to say a big thank you to all clients who take the time to write letters and cards and send e-mails to us. It is through your comments and thoughts that we can continue to provide you with the service that you deserve.
| Mr Paul Ingham and Miss Sally Clarke- testimonial for LPR Mortgage Services |
Buying
our first house is a daunting prospect and there are a
lot of people trying to sell 'the best' mortgage to you.
Having seen a few mortgage advisors from estate agents
and banks we decided to try LPR Mortgage Services from
an advert we saw in the local paper. |
I
left Rugby School in 1986 full of O levels and A levels. So
to return twenty years later wearing my teacher's hat for the
day was quite an experience.
I had been asked by the head of the economics department if I would present a couple of lessons to his AS level students on the housing market. I have to say I jumped at the chance.
Educating the homebuyers of the future has been a passion of mine for sometime. It is important that we equip our children with the necessary life skills at school in order that they can be confident and aware when they walk into the real world.
Rugby High School asked me to do the same thing for them, and I must say how impressed I am with their participation. They could surely teach their parents a thing or two about mortgages.
Topics covered included a step-by-step guide to buying your home to the many and varied interest rates on the market. If anyone is interested in attending a workshop on these fundamental matters (ideal for first time buyers), then contact me on info@lprmortgages.co.uk or via the website.
Congratulations to Mr John Pinkney and Miss Sarah Bowler on being the 100th valued client of LPR Mortgage Services. Here's to 100 more!
Platinum

The Platinum Mortgage Club was launched at the end of December
2005 as a way of saying thank you to those clients and colleagues
who had made a real effort towards recommending our services
to friends, family and work colleagues. Full terms and conditions
of the club can be found on the website
but I must say a huge thank you to:
| DAN WARD for recommending four of his clients to me. One more Dan, and you will have reached membership. Pass it on |

Laura
Bettinson |
LPR Mortgage Services was one year old on April 1st,
and a huge party was held to say thank you to all my clients.
The Rugby Lions Football Club did us proud as a venue
and over 130 clients and colleagues turned up for the night.
The music was loud provided by "Dementia" and the
wine flowed, provided by various grapes!!!
Special mention and a huge thank you to the wonderful Laura
Bettinson who performed a 20 minute set of original
songs.
Trust me, those that were there are going to remember when
they first heard Laura. She is destined for greatness!!!!
| Prizes and awards were given out to: |
